The Nexus Race

The Nexus Race

By Elijah Tate

Nexians are the beings believed to have created the world Eathron and all its inhabitants. These divine beings resemble humans but have infinite knowledge and were the only race to use Pure Magic as well as Spacial Time magic. Little else is known of these beings except for their unique silver hair with a single gold patch somewhere on their heads. Their eyes are recorded to be a silver green tint that seem to tell the secrets behind the unknown. Nexians have long been thought to be extinct but with the ability to use Spacial Time magic no one can be certain. They were said to be the first true royal order and the founders of Nexia in Centras and the kingdom of Endro.

The modern era classifies Spacial Time magic as two different types of magic because time magic is said to be a treasonous act against the creator and thus forbidden to use or learn with death as the accepted punishment for those who violate this decree. Spacial Magic allows one to teleport through space to any location that the user has been but for a Nexian it's said to be a direct line to creation and the creators themselves. Both Spacial and Time magic has been lost after the disappearance of the Nexus Race from Eathron. It's also said that Nexus technology can be found throughout all of Eathron not just in the Kingdom of Endro and are recognized only by the onyx titanium ore used to craft them giving the weapons a black and purple hue with a silver edging on all weapons, armor, and, though rarely seen outside of dungeons, devices and machinery make these truly sparse and immensely valuable.
