Shipping policy

Made to order — please allow time for production.

All physical products are made to order. Your order is produced after checkout, then shipped to the address you provided. Production time varies by product and by the print provider fulfilling your order. Shipping time after production varies by destination and by the shipping method selected at checkout.

We do not ship from pre-made stock, and we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be changed or cancelled, because the item is being made for you.

You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or returned as undeliverable for that reason, are not refunded. If an order is returned to us, contact us at knightsofendro@gmail.com and we will review reshipment options, which may require a new shipping charge.

Digital music is not shipped. It is delivered by download link after purchase, as described in the Refund Policy.
