Refund policy

All sales are final.

All products at Conquer the Realm are made to order. That includes clothing, accessories, and other physical goods, which are produced only after you place your order, and digital music, which is delivered as a download after purchase.

Because every item is made for you at the time of order, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference, or because a digital file was purchased in error. Please review your order, size, and product details carefully before completing checkout.

Digital music: once a download link has been delivered or a file has been downloaded, that sale is final and cannot be refunded.

The one exception: exchanges are permitted if your item arrives damaged. Contact us at knightsofendro@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and photos of the damage, and we will arrange an exchange of the same item. This does not create a general right to return or exchange for any other reason.
