Her dad was a raging alcoholic who would beat her and her mother what seemed to be nightly and for any reason at all. Zenos mom would belittle her and tell her she was a mistake and she was never wanted to begin. On her eighth birthday this was no different for her, just another day in hell. This day was particularly bad because instead of celebrating like the other kids would she was stuck in being told she wasn't wanted and being slapped around. This time her mom tried to stand up for herself and her dad hit her with the bottle he had in his hand causing Zenos mom to fall lifeless to the ground. As the blood started to pull from the gash on her head, Zenos was paralyzed by the terror of what she just witnessed. Shaking and tears streaming down her face she continued to watch her dad proceed with kicking her now motionless mother. Stricken with silence Zenos looked on until a small squeaky sound emitted from her mouth and got the attention of her dad who forgot that she was even alive let alone in the same room. He slowly starts his menacing sway over to Zenos to deliver the same punishment to her. Zenos finally realizes that this nightmare isn't over yet and scrambles to find anything to stop this monster in human form from killing her as well. Zenos is human. She is extremely fast and agile despite her small size and frame enabling her to get food and clothing without being noticed more often than not. Zenos was born in the small village Ceder just outside the capital Nexia. After being on the streets for nearly two years she was taken in by a clan of thieves and assassins. Her new family taught her so much more than her old one did and they showed her love that she craved and finally felt like she fit in somewhere. When she turned 12 she had already had completed over 100 missions and proved to be a natural at killing and thieving, so much so her clan gave her the traditional garb of the assassin which looked like ninja outfit with a half mask to hide the mouth and a hood to hide the rest of her face. The entire outfit was enchant with a concealing spell that made her seem invisible to anyone without the ability to see through her camouflage. Within 4 years she had witnessed her mother killed by her father that she ended up killing herself, to being accepted into a clan made up entirely of women who taught her her their secrets, poisoned her until she was completely immune to all toxins, and fed into the hatred of all men.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch2\u003eZenos because of her past wouldn't hesitate to kill a male who was anything close to resembling her father.
