Are there times when life just sits there and tells you that you are too good for the toxicity of others and it's time to just take this crazy journey on your own? While others have friends that last a lifetime, I seem to find more acquaintances than true friendship and yet when many feel alone and lonely, I am alone but not lonely. It makes me happy, with or without anyone by me or with me. I think it's ok to be alone riding this roller coaster of life, despite the odd looks or even the sly remarks that may be made. Furthermore, I am not surprised with the evil in this world in fact I am saddened that mankind as a whole are so blinded to what takes place outside their lives that it seems that they fail to see how the world is slipping further and further into the abyssal plain that inevitably leads to complete disaster and utter ruin. A life of solitude doesn't mean loneliness.
